Park House/Sunbeam Lamp Works Factory, Gateshead, Tyne & Wear

The left part of this building was originally a grand house known as Park House. It belonged to the estate of the Bishop of Durham. After a fire in 1891 it was used as a factory. Eventually the factory closed and the buildings were demolished.
