Notes about the Collection

Definition:
 

Used for recording other pertinent information about either the collection described by the record, or the record itself, but that cannot be recorded in any other field.
 

Example:
 

All sorts of notes which have to do with the digitisation project but could not fit anywhere else… (could be reasons for selection of material, notes about problems encountered, etc.)
